Presentation and principles

Hereinafter referred to as “user”, any Internet user connecting to and using the Foloxy™ site.

The Foloxy™ website offers a range of services to users. Users must act with courtesy and good faith towards other users and towards the webmaster of the site. The Foloxy™ website is regularly updated by ECRH SCALE LTD .

ECRH SCALE LTD strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible on the Foloxy™ site (subject to modifications made since it was put online), but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information published on its site, whether it is its own doing or that of third parties who provide it with this information.

The Foloxy™ site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites (partners, information, etc.), set up with the authorization of ECRH SCALE LTD . However, ECRH SCALE LTD does not have the possibility to verify the entirety of the content of the sites visited and therefore declines all responsibility for the possible risks of illicit content.
