30-day return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that all orders placed with a discount are non-refundable. However, if there is a problem with the product, we promise to resend you a new item.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@foloxy.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal in the EU
Regardless of the above conditions, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reasons. As mentioned before, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
